Have you been WAITING for a dairy free (and gluten free) spinach artichoke dip? This has been a craving during my second trimester! It's delicious with gluten free bread, carrots, celery or tortilla chips!
Gather the ingredients! Mix together and bake. Super easy!
Ingredients:
6 oz Follow Your Heart Provolone or Mozzarella cheese (cut into small pieces)
8 oz Kite Hill plain cream cheese
12 oz Artichoke hearts chopped
2 cups fresh spinach chopped
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Mix in a large bowl and place in a oven safe dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. (depends on the depth of the dish)
Stir halfway through baking.
That's it! Super Easy!
Serve with gluten free toast pieces, carrots, celery, cucumbers or tortilla chips!
I have not tried this with other cream cheese or cheese and I would recommend using them because they are the best I have used- melty and creamy without the soy!
