Peanut Butter Pie filling! DF/GF






Ohhhhh yea! Give me all the creaminess and goodness. This stuff is so good! Even my husband likes it!

We like to either put it in a graham cracker pie shell or use gluten free graham crackers for dipping.

This probably could be made into a keto friendly dessert by using different sugars or a paleo friendly by making your own whipped topping with coconut cream.






Peanut Butter Pie Filling

Ingredients:

8 oz dairy free cream cheese (Kite hill is the cleanest I have seen)

1/2 tub of dairy free whipped cream

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well!

Place in bowl and top with organic chocolate syrup and dairy free chocolate chips (you can use graham crackers to dip!) or put in a gluten free graham cracker crust.
