It's back to school and back to germs. No fear here though we are protecting our immune system through diet first (we still have treats but try and make them organic to avoid excess chemicals).
What do we do with the kids? Probiotics, Vit D, Vit C, Multivitamins, Elderberry, and Cod liver oil daily (well the cod liver oil is a struggle sometimes with the kids). I also give them glutathione and extra B vitamins from time to time.
One trick I have done for the last 3 years is take Muco Coccinum. One of my mentors who uses a lot of homeopathy swears by this for prevention. Adults take one every 6 weeks during cold and flu season, I give my kids half (or a whole depending on their weight).
My husband and I have been taking Vitamin C, Zinc (but not too much because Copper balance), and Quercetin. Along with our other supplements (Vitamin D with K2 of course!)
I also have the fermented garlic in the fridge on standby!
